At the time of pickup, your valid Driving License is mandatory, failing which the booking stands cancelled and refund policy will be applicable. And an additional Government ID (Passport, Pan Card, Aadhar Card) to be submitted with us.

Yes, it’s 100% refundable if there is no damage to the bike.

No, at any time or under any circumstances the Bike & Car cannot be taken outside of Goa.

Unlimited Kilometres.

No fuel is not included in the tariff. The Bike & Car is rented out with a full tank of petrol and is expected to be returned with a full tank.

In case the Bike & Car breaks down or is involved in an accident, call us immediately.

1. 100% Refundable Security Deposit.
2. Daily rent prices are inclusive of 18% GST and we levy no other taxes.

Yes, A helmet for the rider will be provided for the rent period.

Terms & Condtions

  • Vehicle delivery timmings will start from 10:00 am onwards.
  • Pickup time will be 9:00 am sharp on the vehicle return date.
  • Fuel is not included in bike or car rental tariff or Pick & drop charges.
  • In case of returning the vehicle with less fuel, charges will be deducted from the security deposit paid by the customer.
  • Valid driving license is must for rental.
  • Govt. ID will be kept along with security deposit and will be returned on returning the vehicle.
  • Rider should wear denims & boots for his/her own safety.
  • Anyone below 18 years of age is not eligible to rent a bike or car from Unclutch.
  • All the bikes and cars pictures/colours may vary in actual.
  • 100% advance payment is compulsory for bookings.
  • 50% amount will be returned in case of cancellations 15 days prior of the booking dates.
  • Pick & drop charges are extra
  • Rental amount mentioned is on daily basis.
  • Security deposit paid via cards or online transfers will take maximum 48 hours for refunds.
  • PLEASE NOTE: We do not deliver any vehicle to south Goa.

    • If the vehicle return timings crosses 9:15 am by any reasons, full amount of daily rental will be I deducted and no vehicle or any other service will be provided in return of the amount deducted.
